Attractions World Nature - 06/2024 to 09/2024
Ensured safe operation of a ride with unwavering attention, quick decision-making, and adherence to high throughput standards. Oversaw a team's performance during ride operations to maintain efficiency and safety protocols. Upheld Disney's renowned customer service standards by providing exceptional assistance to a diverse global clientele on a daily basis. Managed multiple attractions, including the Land Pavilion, enforcing rules and safety measures consistently to ensure a secure environment.
Alton Towers Resort
hr & backstage resort Designer 03/2024 - Current
Responsible for designing and enhancing the backstage of Alton Towers Resort, encompassing a wide range of areas from physical backstage spaces to digital platforms. This includes enhancing colleague areas, social media engagement, training initiatives and induction, and ensuring high levels of colleague standards and engagement. I am tasked with creating compelling visuals for internal communications, ensuring that all designs are on-brand and align with the core values and messaging of Alton Towers and the broader Merlin Entertainments group. Additionally, I collaborate closely with external designers and suppliers to bring these creative concepts to life.
Marketing Executive (brand) - 02/2024 to 04/2024
Created visuals for the Alton Towers Resort on Adobe Photoshop and other software. Ensured all visual assets met attraction-specific brand standards and were suitable to captivate and engage guests throughout the Resort. Wrote copy for digital and physical assets and helped to deliver the Nemesis Reborn press event.
Skills gained: Strategic planning, Creative problem-solving, and Effective communication. I've come to appreciate the significance of collaboration, adaptability, and thinking outside the box to achieve remarkable results.
CPT Continuous Improvement - 07/2023 to 02/2024
Tasked with many different projects and tasks to improve all areas of the resort, Using a range of skills such as strategic thinking and problem-solving, as well as being able to communicate with various departments across the resort. Creating new ways to improve operations guest feedback and overall experience, seeing the idea to completion. Designing and creating concept images and brand graphic designs to visualise and pitch ideas.
shows and Attractions Operations - 10/2021 to 11/2022
Within Entertainment I was Responsible for the operation of over 13 attractions; The Attic, Lightopia, Gardens Lights Walk, Big Fun Showtime, Furchester Hotel, Jo Jo & Gran Gran at Home, Hey Duggee Big Adventure Badge, The Alton Towers Dungeon, Trick o Treat Town, Altonville Mine Tours, Daz Games: Panic, Mardi Gras Pontoon and the lawns during various events.

Merlin Magic Making - Merlin Spotlights
A Merlin Entertainments career exploration programme, enabling curious, high potential, and awesome team members to learn more about Merlin Magic Making. Meeting and learning with experts in the field of attraction design. Throughout October I had the incredible opportunity to participate in the Spotlight career exploration programme with Merlin Magic Making. This experience has allowed me to dive deep into the world of attraction design, gaining invaluable insights into the creative and technical processes that bring these immersive experiences to life.
